Summary
The UVtizer – Multifunctional Sanitizer project aims to develop a multifunctional device for the disinfection/sterilization of surfaces to help combat COVID-19. It combines research and development of innovative new solutions specifically designed to fight this pandemic, while also being effective against other viruses and bacteria and suitable for everyday disinfection and sterilization needs.

This device will combine different technologies, integrating the use of UV-C radiation—scientifically proven effective in inactivating viruses from the coronavirus family—alongside sensing, robotics, mechanics, ventilation, and material functionalization, to disinfect/sterilize surfaces, spaces, materials, and air quickly and efficiently.
