Financial Support: €183,538.77 (One hundred and eighty-three thousand five hundred and thirty-eight euros and seventy-seven cents)

Expected Results:

By the end of the project, it is expected that the main processes of the value chain will have been digitalized to make the company more efficient and reduce customer delivery times through:

• Elimination of rework and minimization of errors in data entry

• Improved planning and resource allocation

• On-time monitoring of project execution

To achieve this, the project includes investments in digitalization based on the following:

• Acquisition of 2D/3D technical design (CAD) software, capable of integration with the ERP

• Acquisition of ERP system

• Engineering services to adapt the ERP solutions to the business

• Acquisition of a server (hardware and software) capable of supporting the new tools
